A carrier built to be looked through, not at

Our customers are other businesses, and none of them are buying a brand. They are buying a delivery rate, a settlement term, and a phone number that gets answered at three in the morning.

What we do, stated plainly

PINHAN GROUP sells two things wholesale: A2P SMS, and eSIM connectivity. We hold interconnections with terminating operators, we buy capacity where we do not, and we are honest in our documentation about which is which.

We do not sell voice termination. It is a large business and a crowded one, and the quality discipline it demands is different from the one messaging demands. Running fewer products is what lets a small team answer a hard question the same day it is asked.

The layer we operate is invisible when it works. Nobody thanks a carrier for a login code that arrives in two seconds. They only notice the one that does not arrive at all, which is why we measure ourselves on the messages that fail rather than the ones that do not.

How we work

These are not values on a wall. Each one is a decision we have already made about how the business runs, and each one costs us something.

01

Numbers before adjectives

Every claim on this site is a figure you can hold us to, or it is not made. We would rather publish a deliverability floor of 93.5% than describe a route as excellent.

02

The failure is the product

Anyone can deliver a message on a good day. What you are buying is the behaviour on the bad day: who notices, how fast the route moves, and whether you hear it from us or from your own users.

03

No grey routes for OTP

A cheaper path that strips the sender ID will pass a price comparison and fail an audit. We keep one-time passwords on direct routes even when it loses us the deal on price.

04

Say the limit out loud

If a market is weak for us, we say so at the quote stage rather than after the first invoice. Losing a country from a deal is cheaper than losing the account.

05

Engineers answer the email

A routing question goes to someone who can change the routing. There is no tier one whose job is to acknowledge your message and pass it along.

06

Small on purpose

We are not trying to be the largest wholesale carrier. We are trying to be the one where the person who sold you the route is still reachable a year later.

Working here

The work is unglamorous and specific: reading delivery receipts, arguing with an operator about a filter, noticing at 03:40 that a route in one country has quietly stopped converting.

If that sounds like the part of telecom you actually enjoy, write to us with what you have run. We read every message that describes real traffic.

What we are usually looking for

  • Routing and least-cost engineering for messaging
  • Carrier relations, settlement and dispute handling
  • Network operations, including night shifts
  • eSIM provisioning and MVNO enablement

Ask us something specific.

A destination, a delivery problem you are living with, a route you suspect. Those get the fastest answers.
