Wholesale carrier — Türkiye

The unseen shapes the seen

PÎNHAN Group operates the wholesale voice, messaging, connectivity and mobile layer that other networks are built on. You never see it. Your customers only feel it when it fails. So we publish what happens underneath.

LIVE ROUTES
THE MARK, EXPLAINED

Six nodes. Three you see, three you never will.

Our mark is a hexagon bound by a hexagram, so every lower node is joined by a direct line to every upper node — nine dependencies, not three. The three above carry light. The three below carry weight. Nothing at the top lights up on its own.

THREE THAT CARRY — HIDDEN

Scroll and the light climbs. Select any node — every hidden discipline decides all three visible outcomes, which is why nine lines are drawn rather than three.

THREE THAT SHOW — VISIBLE
WHAT WE OPERATE

Four service lines, described by what they require.

Each card lists the commitments a wholesale buyer needs in order to compare us against an incumbent.

SERVICE 01

International voice

CLI and NCLI termination, wholesale A-Z

Termination across direct operator interconnects with per-destination quality targets. Routing is audited continuously, and traffic moves off a route the moment it drops below its floor.

Destinations

Direct interconnects
40+
ASR floor

SERVICE 02

Messaging and CPaaS

A2P SMS, one-time passwords, RCS and WhatsApp

Direct operator connections for A2P traffic. Delivery receipts pass through unmodified — where an operator does not return them, we say so instead of synthesising a receipt.

OTP latency

SERVICE 03

Enterprise connectivity

IP transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, cross-connects

Capacity between sites, data centres and clouds, with DDoS scrubbing on ingress and a published maintenance calendar. Links carry an agreed restoration target.

SERVICE 04

Mobile, eSIM and IoT

MVNO enablement, eSIM, M2M, roaming

The core, provisioning and billing an MVNO needs to launch without building a network. Roaming runs through the same interconnects that carry our voice traffic.

FOOTPRINT

Where the traffic goes, and the floor we hold.

Published quality floors rather than aspirational averages. A route that falls below its floor is withdrawn, not explained.

03:40
TUESDAY — NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE

A route to a single destination begins failing at three-forty in the morning. Nobody complains, because nobody is awake to notice — except the engineer whose entire job is to notice.

The route is withdrawn, traffic moves, and by the time the first business call of the day is placed there is nothing to report.

This is the work. It is invisible on purpose, and it is the whole product.

THE COMPANY

A carrier built to be looked through, not at.

We operate where the routes that matter to our customers actually pass.

Between Frankfurt and Dubai, between London and Tashkent, between Europe and the Gulf, traffic crosses Türkiye — and the quality of that crossing is decided by whoever engineers it. We would rather that were us.

We are a wholesale business. Our customers are other networks. None of them are buying a brand. They are buying an ASR, a settlement term, and a phone number that gets answered at 03:40.

THE PEOPLE

The three nodes that never glow are three teams.

NODE 01

Route engineering

Owns quality and least-cost routing, CLI integrity, fraud and SIM-box filtering, and the continuous audit that moves traffic off a failing route before anyone calls.

9 people
01
Head of Route Engineering

Sets the per-destination ASR and ACD floors and signs off every route change.

01
Routing Engineers

Build and audit the routing tables destination by destination.

4 SEATS
01
Fraud and CLI Analyst

Filters SIM-box and refile traffic at ingress and protects caller ID integrity.

01
Rate and LCR Specialist

Keeps rate decks current and least-cost logic honest against the quality floor.

NODE 02

Interconnect governance

Owns direct operator agreements, settlement and disputes, A2P sender-ID registration and regulatory compliance in every market we terminate into.

7 people
02
Head of Interconnect

Negotiates and holds the direct operator relationships the routes depend on.

02
Carrier Relations Managers

Answer interconnect requests directly, with routes and terms rather than a callback.

3 SEATS
02
Settlement and Disputes Lead

Reconciles traffic weekly and closes disputes with CDR evidence, not correspondence.

02
Regulatory and Compliance Officer

Registers sender IDs and keeps every market's A2P and data rules satisfied.

NODE 03

Network operations

Owns the staffed operations centre, live quality monitoring, incident response, capacity headroom and the discipline of planned work. This is the team that is awake at 03:40.

12 people
03
Head of Network Operations

Owns availability and mean time to restore, and the shift pattern that delivers both.

03
NOC Shift Leads

Four shifts so the centre is staffed on every hour of every day, including tonight.

4 SEATS
03
Incident Manager

Runs the response, then writes what went wrong and what changed because of it.

03
Capacity Planner

Keeps headroom ahead of growth so no route is congested into failure.

We hire for the night shift as carefully as for the day.

If you want to be the person who notices at 03:40, and to be trusted to withdraw a route without asking permission, tell us what you have run.

Design review note — headcounts and the legal entity name are placeholders, and roles are listed without names so real people and photographs can be dropped in.

Send us your prefixes. We will send you routes and terms.

Interconnect requests are answered by an engineer, not a form queue. Tell us the destinations, the monthly volume and the settlement terms you need.
