About these terms
These terms cover your use of pinhangroup.com, which is run by PINHAN GROUP LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, USA, with its registered address at 501 Silverside Road, Suite #105 - 5653, Wilmington, DE 19809, USA. "We" and "us" in these terms mean PINHAN GROUP LLC.
Our services themselves (A2P SMS, eSIM connectivity and software) are provided under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs whenever the two differ.
Information on this site
Figures on this site, including coverage, delivery floors and response times, describe our service in general. They are not an offer. The figures that bind us are the ones in your contract and rate deck.
Using the site
Do not use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt the site or get around its protections.
Our content
The text, design and the PINHAN GROUP name and mark belong to PINHAN GROUP LLC. You may link to any page; ask us before reusing the content elsewhere.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, such as COTA eSIM and COTA CRM. Their own terms apply there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it rather than on a signed agreement with us.
