Who we are

This website is run by PINHAN GROUP LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, USA. Our registered address is 501 Silverside Road, Suite #105 - 5653, Wilmington, DE 19809, USA. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• your first and last name, work email and, if you give it, your company
• the message you write
• the address of the page you sent it from

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own.

How we use it

To answer your message and, if you become a customer, to keep the record of that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

• Resend delivers the form to our inbox as an email.
• Cloudflare carries traffic to this site and, where it is switched on, runs the Turnstile check that tells people from bots. Turnstile may process information about your browser to do that.

Your IP address

To stop the form being flooded, the server counts submissions per IP address over a ten-minute window. That count is held in memory only and is gone when the window passes or the server restarts.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful to the conversation or to a customer relationship that follows from it. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to [email protected].
